175 LEX - Walkable Downtown Lexington & Rupp Arena - Full Condos

It was clean and had a full kitchen and the location was good

The internet wasnt working so had to use our hotspot to watch tv. There was no peep hole for the only door, which was a safety concern. A curtain rod fell off the wall while just trying to open the curtain and almost hit one of us. The wall had mutiple holes where it had been put back up multiple times. Curtains appeared too heavy for the rod. You needed a code for the elevator and bathrooms in the building which wasn't given to us right away so we had drove over 3 hours with kids and had to leave to go find a restroom elsewhere because checkin wasn't until 3pm and we arrived at 2:15pm I had asked for an early check in for around 2pm, earlier that morning but it wasn't approved until after I had to send a couple of text messages upon arrival.., finally allowing us in, around 2:50pm. (Which is not an early checkin!) The room was cleaned already by the time we arrived so not sure why they couldmt allow us access just 30 min sooner. We had to climb 4 flights of stairs wh our bags twice because the code wasn't given yet for elevator. And the neighbors had VERY loud, thumping music playing allll night long and had people in and out all hours of the night so it kept waking us up, along wh the kids as well.. Also they advertise 2 sofa beds which are really two chaise lounges that you have to curl up on. Owners seemed cordial and were responsvie to some messages but ignored the complaint message. Hate to leave bad reviews but definitely won't stay there again. Not worth the cost to book it.

It was a nice condo. Very clean.

You have to figure out parking. We ended up parking on the street which was great.

The layout of the condo was nice. Good air-conditioning. Comfortable bed.

No kitchen towels, no towel rack for the hand towel in the bathroom, kitchen sink faucet handle, kept coming off.

I loved the safety. Staying there alone as a woman, you depend on the safety.

The bed was as hard as a rock and not comfortable at all.
