The location was excellent

Location and cleanliness. Staff at front desk Friday late night was a pleasure!

I think it was overpriced for a king bed and uncomfortable couch that let out to a bed. Also compact and small suite.

Wonderful stay

Staff was great and the managers welcome event was unexpected and very nice

No complaints at all. I would recommend not charging for pets at all, simply because at this hotel (and 2 others from other chains on this same trip) I was advised that "if it's a service animal, there is no charge." I think the person was being helpful in advising me of this fact. I was not completely being encouraged to lie but could have lied to just have my dog's stay be free. Instead, another competing hotel chain just welcomes pets for free. No charge, size limit or deposit, etc.. but you seem to be assigned to a room on the "pets" designated floor. Because of this, I would have stayed at that chain without even researching anywhere else, if there was a location in Lexington.

Great clean hotel and friendly staff.

The parking at this hotel needs major upgrades. Handicap parking is almost nonexistent, with the markings all worn off on the four spots on the north side of the building . Those spots were always taken by vehicles with no handicap placard or tag. The handicap spots on the south side, next to pool, have no ramps for wheelchair access. Hotel needs to address this issue because they are definitely not a handicap friendly hotel.

We arrived to find they cancelled our reservation. We had plane delays resulting in missed connecting flights. Called hotel to alert them, they said no problem. Called again next morning saying we would arrive that day but no idea what time since we were now booked on 3 stand by flights. Was told no problem, just call by midnight if we were to be late. Got to hotel to staff saying we never called. I have proof of my call on my cell phone. I had to make immediate reservations at another hotel. Tru by Hilton was excellent.

My nieces and I had a comfortable 3 night stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is great, close to anything anyone would want or need! The hotel pool, which I might add had a handicap lift and the hotel itself was very accessible. The pool, breakfast and amenities were nice. Comfortable seating outside, even a seating area for us smokers! This would be my choice hotel when staying in Lexington.

I feel like the carpet throughout could use a good cleaning and the floor in kitchen area of the room seemed a little sticky. But I don't go barefoot anywhere, just a suggestion!

Breakfast offerings were fair. Location was off the main road which was very nice. Easy access to shopping, eating, interstate, etc.

The living room could have used more than just a couch. An extra chair would go a long way for family use of the suite. Breakfast house could be extended.

Very average. Stayed in many Homewood Suites throughout the country. This property seemed dated.

Tv channel selections and kitchen.

Carpet was stained/dirty. Bed spread was very worn, wrinkled and discolored. Not appealing to sleep in bed

The suite was excellent and will definitely come back to stay here again.

We really loved the one-bedroom suite with the 2 beds and the sofa bed was new and very comfortable. The room was well designed and had all the facilities mentioned in the booking.com website. Overall, we enjoyed our brief one-day stay in this hotel.

Thermostat did not work. I had to replace batteries. TV was old and color was off. Ask to replace butt never did. Lack of maintenance people on staff. Expensive for what we received.

Amazing! Wonderful start to our honeymoon!

Loved that we were upgraded to a suite for our honeymoon! Wonderful staff!

No laundry detergent in the laundry room. Had to make an extra trip to the front desk.

The room had everything I needed. From the couch to do my work on and the dining table to enjoy my dinner. The room was overall clean.

The bedsheets and comforter were nice, but the bed itself was a little hard for me.
