Location is fantastic, lots green pine trees and others, nice green grass, clean. The food all day through was delicious - fresh and well prepared. Staff were very helpful. Spa facilities are great and hospitality. I had a nice set of massage and really improved my well-being! The sea is close and again it is clean and pleasant. There is an open restaurant by the sea front which is great. It’s very quiet, beautiful little comfortable cottages, happy people. Enough space for everyone.
I think the cleaning standards could be a bit higher. Regards the toilet seat (under)… this is my little concern.

Had problems with reception, as usually. Had also problems of same kind like some years ago. Things don’t change.

Navigating the site to find various places,particularly the room.(Better signage of room blocks would be helpful)
Numbers on each side of the room block would be very helpful.
Some method of stopping guests from reserving sun beds in the adults only pool .
On almost every occasion I went there ,there were no beds available because people had reserved them with towels and then gone away
