Located in Pass Christian, this lovely house for $299 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This serene beachfront property, located within one of the many easygoing coastal communities, is perfectly located within steps to the stunning gulf coast, and centrally located near bars, restaurants, casinos, boutique shops, premium outlets, water activities, parks, and more. Enjoy all that coastal Mississippi has to offer, including year-round community events for the whole family, and look forward to returning to your tranquil beach house. The space Inside the home, you'll find a spacious living room area for the whole family. A dining room table along with bar seating provide plenty of space to enjoy meals. The master bedroom contains a king bed , walk-in closet, and Roku TV for all your streaming entertainment. The master bathroom is large and contains a jacuzzi tub for complete relaxation. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, along with two night stands, a walk-in closet, and large windows providing views of the front of the home. The third bedroom contains bunk beds, along with a trundle underneath for extra sleeping space. A large drawer and closet are also available. In a separate building outside of the home on the second level is the game room, which provides extra sleeping space on the sofabed. A projector is available with a Roku stick for your enjoyment (place projector in the center of the room for best viewing experience). In addition, a 10-in-1 game table is available. Lastly, the floor level area has seating, tables, and a barbecue griddle. In addition, the empty lot adjacent to the home is part of the property, providing plenty of play area for children and pets. Guest access Access to all areas except the first level of the shed and the owner's closet (locked with keypad). Other things to note Please use the barbecue in the open grass, not under the home. The community values the quiet nature of the area - as such, please take quiet time seriously while you are enjoying your stay.

When arriving at the house I was very disappointed at first. The outside of the home appears to be not well taken care of. Leaves were piled on the porches all of the furniture looked dirty and the ping pong table was soaked and bowed in the middle. In addition the game room is not attached to the main house which I didn’t realize so our sleeping arrangements had to be adjusted. With that said once I went inside I definitely felt better about my choice. The inside is very nice and well kept. I felt that it was clean and it did meet the expectations from the listing. The kitchen had the basics needed for cooking a spaghetti dinner and the bathrooms came with plenty of bath products.

We were in town for my nieces wedding. The home is very convenient, in a safe, well maintained neighborhood and easy walk to the beach. It’s hard to find nice homes that allow pets, so we appreciate when we can bring the pups with us. They even supplied doggie bowls. The check-in/check-out is easy due to an app for front door lock. We got in town late evening so that was a bonus. We were only in town a few days and spent most of that time doing wedding festivities, but this home would be great for families wanting outdoor/beach time during warmer weather. The under house space would accommodate lots of outdoor entertainment.

My sister and I were looking for quiet downtime and found exactly that!! We really enjoyed the private outdoor space looking through the tops of beautiful Oaks & Palm trees. A 2 min walk to the beach every day and quick access to a great variety of restaurants. Will definitely go back and try more activities in the area.

This was a perfect property to stay in Pass Christian, MS. We had a few hiccups with issues like being stung by agressive wasps and having Alexa tell us we had visitors when we didn't, the property lift wasn't working when we got there and the kitchen lacked baking supplies, like a mixer and cake pans. The owner was prompt with addressing issues; the lift was repaired the second day we were there and we treated the wasp issue ourselves because it was a weekend for us and the exterminator couldn't get there until Mon but one did come. The home is very comfortable just like the sleepy town of Pass Christian which is just what we needed. The beach felt like it was ours and our dog loved it. Appreciated having a second refrig in the laundry room, worked out great for our drinks.We didn't really use the gameroom since we had nice weather and there were only a few of us. We also enjoyed playing ping pong and cornhole under the house. There were also plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. After staying I don't think the property is really suitable for 10 people, especially adults with only two baths. While a spacious layout, it's too small for ten adults. I only share this because I am from a large family and it wouldn't have worked for more six adults. A plus property.

We took our family for a short weekend getaway ! The house was very clean and had all the needs ! With it being walking distance from the beach area and only a 4 minute drive to the boat launch ! Also had plenty of parking for our boat and truck ! We will definitely be back again !
