Katerina the host was super helpful and nice, she even let us take a shower in a free room after check out. The room was cute with nice decoration and we had the clean and nice pool completely to ourselves. The balkony was super big and nice.
The street you are staying at is quite loud and if you sit on the balkony that is not super relaxing but we are not too sensible with this. Also the location is further from all the sunset places and the other hotels but you can walk there no worries.

1. It was a quiet place and the views from the room were good both at sunrise and sunset
2. the host was very helpful - for booking taxis, sharing bus timings, recommendations on nearby places to eat such as Dear Ellie (Imerovigli), Iriana (Fira)
1. They could have had breakfast - as it was not there we had to go and get things from a nearby super market (500m walk)
2. There could have been laundry services - it would have been helpful
3. The room was very compact for a family of 3 (2 adults + 1 child)

I love the view and the privacy of my own deck. It was very spacious and felt like home. Katarina is very kind and gracious and is very eager to help. I love all the staff. I was even able to drop off my bags early and use the pool.
The door knob sticks when opening. I would also recommend renting a scooter or 4wheeler bc taxis are very costly and very hard to walk

Shower curtains. They should be banned. Very dated.
