THINGS TO KNOW To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials. This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We loved the house. But the pool was leaking (a crack.) Vacasa was not all that responsive and when they did respond they told us it wasn't leaking it was evaporation from the heater (we have photos, a crack, water leaking out, and in the end after they did turn off the inflow - 10 inches of water left - that would be a lot of evaporation! Not good customer service.) I would have preferred to work with a local agency. But sadly that doesn't happen much anymore. In the end Vacasa says they will reimburse -- will see if they do. They haven't done much to instill confidence.

The house is great and spacious. The kitchen is well supplied with any utensil/pot/pan you might need, including k-cups. That was a nice surprise! The improvements I would recommend would be to leave a vacuum for guests to use. There are brooms, but it doesn't really help gather any sand tracked in. Also, as many other guests have stated, the construction debris below the house (where you would walk barefoot to the ocean) is still present and very hazardous. This included screws, nails and a razor blade, as well as small chunks of wood. The house itself rates 5 stars, however the lack of cleanup is concerning.

Four couples took our annual fall break trip!! We had a wonderful time!! There is nothing bad that I can say about this property! We had plenty of room, a beautiful view, fully equipped kitchen, an extra refrigerator…..I could go on and on!! I would definitely recommend this property!

First time on Dauphin Island. We loved it. Not crowded in Oct. A few restaurants for when needed. Great weather. House is great. Had all the little stuff we needed. Pool perfect for young kids. No complaints at all.

we loved everything about this rental except the stairs, a lift would have been a tremendous help with getting little ones to the beach and car, other than that everything was perfect! the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were very quiet. the kitchen was awesome with plenty of seating for our party of 12. We hope to make this a yearly vacation.

This house was great! Being right on the beach is always amazing and we love Dauphin Island and the addition of a pool just put the icing on the cake. There was plenty of space for three families that went, with a total of 13 people. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation at Dauphin Island. I will say the only thing that was concerning were the construction scraps laying all under the house and around it. We found multiple sharp pieces of wood and various other supplies, as well as some screws and nails. Just be careful where you step! I would 1000% stay here again and the owner and Vacasa were extremely friendly and easy to work with!

The house, location, and the beach were awesome, everyone had a great time. Kids were able to go back and forth from the beach and pool with ease. Deck space is great and so is the seperation with the gates from the pool area and stairs. Volleyball court is a great addition and the beach was fantastic. Construction material needs to be cleaned up under the house. We would definitely come back for another visit.

Our large family was able to enjoy the home, pool, and beach and still have our own space. It is a well thought out home with all the amenities you need. It was pure perfection. We have already planned to return next year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Perfection!! Exceeds a 10/10!! Thank you SunKissed!!!
