It’s was clean and in relatively good condition.

We did have issues with a few of the property components. The spa was way over chlorinated and it was not usable for three or four days. The smoke detector was not working properly and beeped, we had to cover it and blankets and hide it in a spare bedroom. The washer and dryer were functioning but loud and sounded half broken. The dishwasher was maybe unused and smelt rancid. We contacted rebel rentals multiple times once on the phone and three times through email and we were never satisfied with the responses or the response time. They were going to send out a repair man on the second day and he never showed up. So we just had to live with the problems.
