Nothing

The property was very dirty and unclean. The toilet roll had hairs and dust attached to it! There were 3 beds missing duvet covers, pillow cases and bed sheets. We travelled for hours and got to the apartment to find the entrance had building material and stones all the way upto the second door of the flat. When we got inside there was a part of the flooring in the room that had carpet missing and so the wood was exposed giving people splinters. The kitchen had not been cleaned for a while and was dusty and dirty with no pots and pans. When we complained they gave us access to an extra room which had two beds and were told to remove the covers and put them on our beds which were singles so made no sense. They then agreed we could use this room for one night so three people had to make do with two beds! We were also told NOT to use the kitchen and bathroom in the separate room. We explained there were no pans in the main kitchen so they told us to take it from the second apartment but to not use the kitchen there or the toilet! They came the next day to put the sheets. Lastly the parking at the back had broken glass which went into the tyre causing a puncture!
