During check-in, we will have a brief orientation of the van which will take approximately 1 hour - please take this into consideration when planning your trip. Check-out will be much quicker and only requires an inspection of the vehicle for damage and mutual signatures on the return form. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the van and while we love all pets, we are only dog-friendly (we're allergic to cats).
