About this house rental
Nice one level rancher nestled on a semi-private wooded lot . We are fully equipped with all the comforts of home . Come and enjoy nights by fire pit, cook on the black stone grill while listening to your favorite music on our indoor/outdoor stereo system . Enjoy playing some bucket ball and corn hole yard side . Wake up to gorgeous sunrise on the front porch or side covered porch . We do have kayak on premises to enjoy a day paddling out on lake front . Pack a lunch and bring your beach chairs to enjoy sandy beach front swimming and relaxing . Or just take adventure out and tour the local wineries and breweries test those taste by the veto’s pizza and enjoy some awesome live music at Lake Anna taphouse within five minutes of the home. If you want to venture out kings dominion is about 40 minutes from the Lakehouse. We do have a deeded boat, slip and ramp available in our private community with which is only three minutes from the house so bring your boat and water toys.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was perfect for my family. The one floor living was great for my little ones. The access to the private beach and playground were a hit with the kids. Lisa and Ron your placed was amazing and we will be back! Thank you!

I was well familiar with the neighborhood because I've been coming to this area for years. The house is a quick drive to the dock/beach, or a several minute walk.
The house is very nicely decorated, clean, and had everything needed to make our vacation at the lake great. TV's in every room, fully equipped kitchen, outside sitting areas.
The kayaks were a nice addition and we used them several times. There were also cornhole boards that I would of brought on my own, but was able to leave them at home because the owner had let me know. There were other outdoor and indoor games as well.
The only issue was there were large bees that would mostly come out at dusk on the porch. I messaged the owner and she said would work on addressing the issue.
Overall a great house and we would definitely consider coming back for future vacations there.

I really enjoyed the time at Eagles Nest, the home is very clean and tastefully decorated. It's has everything one needs in a house from the kitchen to the yard. My grandchildren enjoyed the lake. U will definitely returned.

We had such a wonderful time at the Eagle's nest! It's a beautiful property and the beautiful lake is just a short drive down the road. Thank you for helping our 4th of July celebration be a memorable one!

We stayed for a weekend and were very comfortable! The hosts thought of so many nice touches, including kids books, family games and more! The porch was a lovely place to relax and dine and the kitchen was very equipped to cook at home. Very clean and easy check-in/check-out process. We would stay again!

The thoughtful and very considerate things that were either in the beautiful and VERY comfortable home or were also applied to each and every room in our fantastic home.
All of us, my two stepdaughters and my cousin, were so amazed and appreciative of all the amenities.
I would highly recommend this vacation home , wholeheartedly.

The house is beautiful and well stocked, with everything we needed to cook and play, inside and out! Lots of lawn games, amazing porch (the ceiling fans kept all the bugs away) and thoughtful touches, like s’mores, kayaks to borrow, and even decorations to celebrate the birthdays we mentioned. The hosts were extremely responsive to even our tiniest questions, and everyone we met at the beach was so friendly. We loved our stay!

We loved our time at this house on Lake Anna. The house was pristine and very well stocked. We borrowed some kayaks from the house and had a fun time on the water. We finished our evenings with some time around the campfire eating s'mores -- which the hosts kindly left behind for us. Very relaxing time all around.
