This newly renovated 5-bedroom Chalet is located at the very end of a quiet street with nothing but woods and a picturesque stream flowing in the rear yard. Located within the community of Stillwater Lakes in Pocono Summit, you'll have access to the many community amenities such as lake/beach access, tennis courts, basketball courts, and much more! 15 minutes or less from Camelback Mountain, Kalahari, Mount Airy Casino, Great Wolf Lodge, and many great restaurants. The house is secluded at the end of a street with plenty of outdoor space and an indoor bar with entertainment area. The great glass living room has dozens of windows and receives a ton of natural light. Enjoy the BBQ Grill, Hot Tub & Fire Pit right outside your door year-round. Full access to the entire house and property We're available from 8am-10pm. Your host will be available all other times. Pocono Summit is a quiet area in the middle of the Poconos. Community lake and beach access is $5 per person per day and not included in the accommodation fee. Pool access is also $5 per person per day but availability varies. Contact your host for pool and beach access and availability. The booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. Individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian, unless prior written agreement has been made. Absolutely no smoking inside. Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in additional charges.
