Seen other reviews speaking negatively about time share sells, no issues at all during this stay. Convenient location, check in was easy, parking was great and tons to do within a few blocks. The area is a little sketchy looking at times, but no issues. The staff was great at our resort.

There was so much to do for kids and close to everything. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. VRBO was prompt with communication and very helpful. We had a great time!

We loved our stay! We had an ocean front room in the South tower just amazing! We have been staying at this resort for 3 years in a row now and will be back again next year. Only thing I see that is a hassle is you have to check in then you have to do to another counter to get parking passes. So double the lines double the wait.

We were told that if we ask we could get a room with an ocean view. They didn’t act like the even cared. We got the room the farthest from the elevator.
That was terrible because I can’t walk very well. Again they didn’t care.
