Exceptional Hospitality & Truly Caring Staff
I had an excellent experience at Sarovar Portico, Srinagar, and I’m especially grateful to the front desk team Mudasir, Sajad, Ishfaq Mir and the manager for their kindness and exceptional hospitality.
Despite my difficult circumstances, the team went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They upgraded my room, ensured I had the assistance I needed, and arranged an escort to the airport along with a complimentary taxi—a gesture that meant a great deal to me.
The front desk staff were incredibly courteous, responsive, and compassionate, while the manager personally ensured that everything was taken care of smoothly. This level of genuine care and hospitality is what truly sets a hotel apart.
Thank you to the entire team for making a difficult time much easier. I will always remember the warmth and kindness shown to me at Sarovar Portico Srinagar. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

No power outages issues was not managed well. We experienced frequent power outages, and the lack of immediate backup for essential equipment like ventilators was concerning. On one occasion, the power was out for approximately two hours during the night while we were sleeping, which I found to be completely unacceptable.
