From the moment you walk into the residence the quality is clear . Concierge at the door, reasonably quick check-in, the room was amazing, we had an apartment , with a washing machine that was handy.
The toilet seat is heated with electric washer and dryer! The room was really faultless, modern and comfortable.
The gym was lacking some equipment, could be better, however the sauna, hot and cold spring pools made up for this.
This is real 5 star and we would stay here again.
Breakfast was nice and well presented with lots of choice.
Only negatives were gym under equipped compared to some other properties. The pool could do with a slight clean in places but as a whole this hotel is a 9.5 out of 10. We really enjoyed the stay

The best hotel for a wellness holiday in Bangkok. Great rooms that are quiet and dark. So handy having a washing machine as well. The breakfast is perfect for a healthy start to the day. The gym has everything you could need and was always clean and tidy. The onset is ideal for recovery and you will have it mostly to yourself. The pool is great for chilling or getting some work done and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I cannot fault this hotel. The location is also great for amazing healthy food at emsphere, shopping and spas.

It’s a beautiful hotel, the Onsen is a winner feature. Very kind staff, great location, comfortable beds, good breakfast.
We love the hotel, it’s our third visit so we feel a some criticism is in place. The coffee needs urgent upgrade, such a fancy hotel with very bad coffee for breakfast, they have a proper machine but the coffee itself- not good. Second- we felt that the breakfast staff was lacking in service, we sat next to dirty tables for 30 minutes until someone came to clear them, also from our table. There were some dishes that were already out at 8:30 and no one would fill them, some was already gone and over.
In our room there was a noisy refrigerator, buzzing constantly. In short, some tightening is needed.
