It was clean. Security staff were the most helpful people in this facility . View was great (but super windy at the roof top pool)

It was not at all relaxing . EVERYTHING was hard work from the minute we got there . Reception did not support Air BB but it would be nice to have been acknowledged when you walk in the lobby, maybe they are like that with the residents as well ? No genuine Vietnamese friendliness here, felt uncomfortable being there, and not at all welcome, was relieved to leave.

Location, Cleanliness, Facilities. The flat has an amazing view of the district one and close to good restaurants and market. Master bedroom has a good washroom with a bathtub.

Location was ok. Safe even late at night. Pool was nice. Gym was nice. 24 hr security.

These condos are individually owned. The "owner" and or manager that met me to show me the property has no clue about customer service. You can tell he doesn't care about customers. Basically asks for payment then throws the keys at you and that's it. Mehhh... wouldn't rent again. Better options out there. When I texted him to tell him about a leak in the bathroom that kept the bathroom floor wet he replied, "Does that bother you?" Like... not really but it might bother other people that might slip on your bathroom floor and break their neck sir. If you enjoy mediocre customer service, book this place but otherwise there are better options in Saigon for what your paying. If you enjoy the veneer of luxury have at it.

The views from this place are awesome. Great area too and a nice walk to lots of great things (or a short grab ride). The host made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. The pool and gym in this place are also awesome! Great appartment!

Location and lovely facilities.

The facility location very safe/secure and staff from the guards to the host very friendly and helpful. My family and I love the private elevator go to our apartment, the gym and swimming pool also very clean with great city view.

lack of service on checking and poor follow up. asked for toilet paper for apartment as there was none . it was delivered 2 days later at midnight. not cool

Very nice apartment complex which appears to be very new. I'm not quite sure when it was built but I would guess within the last several years. Everything was clean and it was very modern. The view from the pool floor was great and it appears to be one of the tallest buildings in Saigon. Gorgeous pool area that was not busy at all. Safety wasn't that big of a concern for us in general in Saigon but this complex did have security guards. We were there in June so it was hot and humid. The apartment A/C was great. They also gave two key cards so if you're just stepping out for a short while you can leave the card in the slot so that the A/C will keep running. We were at a couple other properties during our vacation where I think they purposely gave you only one card so that when you left, you could not keep the A/C running. It sucks walking around Vietnam in June and coming back to a hot hotel room that takes an hour to cool down. The property manager was a young guy that met us in the lobby to give us our keys. After we left the city I realized I left some valuables in one of the drawers. I contacted him and even though there were new occupants he was able to retrieve my items. I arranged with him to drop off the items at my sister in law's friend's place which he did for me. Part of what I left there was cash so it was very honest of him to not lie about finding it and also go through the trouble of dropping it off for me. He could have just as easily said he didn't find anything and I would have been screwed.

It is truly a beautiful and luxurious apartment. My family is very satisfied, especially the infinity pool on the 25th floor with a view of the city and the gym. location of the apartment in the center of Ho Chi Minh city. I booked a great room at a low price.

New luxury apartment in D1 Ho Chi Minh City offering the best views of the city! I booked both the 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartment and both were immaculately clean and were on high floors (14th and 16th floor respectively). The rooftop pools (lap pool, kids pool and couples pools) were soo clean, well maintained and guarded, and there were other amenities such as a gym, sauna, kids playroom and more! We didn’t use all the amenities but will definitely come back here when we’re back in HCM next because it’s comfortable, clean and the best place we’ve ever stayed at in HCM!!! Location was also prime! A short walk or grab to any top attraction, restaurant or cafe. Building had good security so this was ver kid friendly for our huge family of 15! Big thanks to Jason for being a super host!
