Nearby attractions include: Bay County Public Beach Access 95 - 0.5 miles Camp Helen State Park - 4 minutes 30A - 6 minutes Rosemary's Beach - 7 minutes Pier Park - 11 minutes Several restaurants - within minutes Publix Super Market - 2 minutes Boat ramp - 0.5 miles We are so excited to host you and hope you get as much enjoyment out of the house and surrounding area as we have! Government photo ID is required to book. Stays longer than 3 weeks require a lease signing. The property has exterior security cameras in the form of a doorbell camera and a camera placed above the driveway. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Mary’s Garden. The location was great. Close to the beach and grocery store. Mary was a great host. Not one time did she intrude on our vacation. I would stay again.

Mary’s Garden home was fantastic! 2 king and a queen rooms all good size! Beds are low for older occupants, but very comfortable!! Spacious closets and dressers in each room to unpack! The young boys enjoyed the large bunk room. Many games were played at the dining room table. The sun room and backyard were exactly as pictured and a true delight at sunset! We frequented Grayton Beach State Park during the day, and Public beach access 95 at night for shelling and crabbing. So close to Winn Dixie and Publix, everything you need close by. Dinner at Salty Sue’s the last night was incredible, a must eat! Thank you Mary for hosting us in your fabulous place!!

Mary’s house was in a wonderful location. Near several beaches. Be sure and check out Grayton Beach State Park if you want a stunning beach without the crowds. The town of Seaside is worth a visit too. The house has plenty of room for friends or family. A couple of blankets would have been a nice touch for naps. Mary was easy to work with and my visit was very pleasant.

Came during Jeep Jam 2023. Perfect for our group. Convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Backyard is beautiful at night! Nice quiet street. 10/10 would stay again!

First stumbled upon this house on VRBO, seemed almost too good to be true! Must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Mary is the most thoughtful, gracious host! She provided us with all the information we needed. House was perfect for our vacation. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor space is very cute! Not to mention, the location is incredible. Mary also provided some excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help! Thanks to Mary and her beach house, we had a wonderful weekend! Don’t hesitate to book this rental!
