Non smoking house, but good porch space for coffee and a smoke outside if it suites you. Property is suitable for well behaved adults, children and pets.
2 Master bedrooms with attached baths. Each with king beds and all bathroom amenities. Well equipped kitchenette (no stovetop), Internet, Wi-Fi, Smart TV.

Had a wonderful stay at the Cottage this weekend. The place is very cute in person and well appointed. The location was perfect just minutes away from Wimberly and San Marco's and for our event in Dripping Springs. The host was responsive and check-in was easy. Such a charming, cozy and very clean retreat. Would highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area.

This is a very nice property. Secluded but close to sites in area, maybe 5 minutes from Wimberly. Cottage was very clean, had everything we needed for a great weekend. There is a little bit of highway noise but not enough to even worry about. We didn’t notice that there was no cooktop/oven so if you’re planning to cook there is only a microwave and toaster oven. Wasn’t an issue at all for us. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The back porch is a great place for coffee in the morning and beverage in the evening! Highly recommend this cottage and we will return on our next visit to the area. Communication with host was also excellent.
