Spacious and clean, kids liked the big bath .

Not enough cutlery for 6 people . Couches in living room not comfortable but we were made aware in advance of this . Inside stairs very steep .

very clean and great location for Chester races

The host was lovely and was really helpful with sending us the arrival instructions straight away when we arrived at the property. The location was great for what we needed.

The heating was on when we arrived (on a day when the outside temp was 20 degrees) so the whole house was boiling. There wasn’t any hand soap, washing up liquid or tea towels provided. I’d usually take my own for longer stays but as this was just a one night stay I’d expected a small amount to be provided. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable- we would not recommend having anybody staying on this. The house was decorated okay but most rooms could do with some love as some areas had large areas of paint coming off the walls and some were quite dusty. We all said the house reminded us of a student house.

Not good as what was expected

The shower was leaking in the wash room.Even we requested the concern person they didn't rectify it.

Apartment was quite good. Easy to locate and close to the bus stop. The manager @Lisa was awesome, always ready to help and sort out issues. You would want to meet her🙂. I had a seamless stay.

I wish I had a blender (Blending machine) though 🙂.
