We are in the beautiful Stoney Creek section of Wintergreen, very close to the Stoney Creek Golf Course, within walking distance to Stoney Creek Park, and only a little over a mile off of Route 151. Enjoy hiking/walking trails within feet of the house! It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the ski slopes in Wintergreen but you're much closer to all the restaurants, breweries, wineries, and cideries that Nelson 151 has to offer. Whether you're coming for a family getaway, college reunion, girls' or guys' week, or wedding, High View Haven has all the amenities you would want and then some. Enjoy our large indoor game room where you can open the full view garage door for fresh air and a view of the mountains while playing arcade basketball, giant Jenga, giant connect four, corn hole, and more! There is also a smart tv with cable to watch all your sports games and entertainment. We hope you enjoy our beautiful “mountain bougee” home! Bed layout by room and floor: Main level: 1 King room with luxury ensuite complete with a double vanity, large shower, and huge walk-in closet. This room also includes a twin sofa bed and a smart tv; 1 Queen room with smart tv; 1 bunk room with 2 full beds and a twin trundle, also includes a smart tv (these 2 rooms share a full bath across the hall); Office with Queen sofa bed (Extra bedding for trundle and sofa beds are in the closets of each room) Lower Level: 1 King room with luxurious large full bath across the hall In the basement, there is also a cozy living room with smart tv, wet bar, microwave, and mini fridge. There is a game table set up as well. The games are stored in the bottom drawer of the wet bar. Past the living room is the large game room. Open the full view garage door for fresh air and a view of the mountains while playing arcade basketball, giant Jenga, giant connect four, corn hole, and more! There is also a smart tv with cable to watch all your sports games and entertainment. Just outside is a gas fire pit where you can pull up an adirondack chair and get toasty with friends and family! Featured Amenities (outdoor) —adirondack chairs for fire pit seating, on-site parking, screened in deck with outdoor seating, open deck with dining table as well as a gas grill. Other Amenities — Games, hair dryer in each bathroom, iron and ironing board, printer/scanner, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other necessities.

A wonderful property that housed its max occupancy with ease. The kitchen space was well stocked and served well during our stay. There were several different and comfortable living spaces, ensuring everyone could participate in group activities to their comfort. The house was clean and all items in working order. Moreover, the owners were very communicative and flexible with the group during our planning and stay.

What an amazing home!! We absolutely adored our time. The owners were a such delight, thoughtful, and accommodating. The home is beautifully furnished and well equipped with every amenity. Bedrooms are large with cozy decor, very comfortable mattresses. Kitchen is gorgeous, new appliances, and includes all the necessities from foils, ziplocks to coffee assortments and herbs/spice. Impressive and will definitely recommend to anyone. Can't wait to come back again!

We rented this amazing house for our nephew’s wedding at Valley Road Vineyard. It’s everything we could have ask for and more. With our family members ranging from 2yrs to 86yrs old there was something for everyone. Jonathan and Alexis are the very best host! When he says we would not need to bring anything but our food, he was so on point! Do yourself a favor and experience this home and location for yourself!
