Guest will have to fill it if they need more. • Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside. • There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more. • Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $125.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 60 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date. • Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city.
