No unstated guests ★ Only those guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property. ★ Any additional guests that does not equal the number of guests in the reservation will incur a FEE of $50 per night per extra guest. ★ Visitors must vacate the property by 11 PM each day. Otherwise, will incur a FEE of $50 per night per extra guest. ★ The maximum number of occupants is 8 at all times for houses and 4 for apartments. Check-in and Check-out ★ FEE: Unapproved Late Check-Out fee: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75. ★ Smoking on the property (inside and outside including driveway, backyard, and front yard), of any kind, will incur a FEE of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher. ★ FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 Charge ★ FEES: any tampering with security camera or equipment will results in a $250 charge per camera ★ Damages to any fixtures, walls, etc. will result in forfeiting your deposit. ★ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. Pets ★ Pet fee is $85 per two pets. ★ Only Dogs 75 lbs. or less and are house-trained are allowed on the property. ★ Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture or bedding. ★ When you leave the property, keep the dog in the kennel or take them with you. ★ A pet remediation FEE of $250 will be charged for any damage beyond normal, reasonable use--including pet messes not cleaned up by you at the end of your stay.
