Remodeled and furnished by a professional interior designer, this classic and refined lakefront mansion tells a tale of history and the present with the decor, artwork, and architecture. The home is perfect for families, reunions, gatherings and other refined events.
The home is a single story mansion with 8 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and 12 Common Area Rooms that sits on 2.5 acres of manicured grounds with panoramic views of Lake Overholser.
Approaching the home, you’ll find it built around a stately courtyard and sparkling pool. Stepping in through the front door you’ll find marble floors with beautiful furnishings, unique artifacts, classic architecture, elegant light fixtures and plentiful windows to the outdoor scenery.
Inside this home you will find The 2600 square foot Grand Room that boasts high ceilings, a Grand Piano, bar, fireplace and Gallery Dining Room. Adjacent to the Grand Room you will find The Parlor: a posh open gathering space that opens into the courtyard. The main kitchen has a large central island, double refrigerators and ovens, a large 6-burner gas cooktop, and an adjacent catering prep room.
Moving further into this estate you will find the library with walls of books and a desk to quietly study. A bookcase with a secret hidden door will lead you to the private chapel. If you are looking for a more active space to gather in, make your way to the game room with a pool table, foosball, and ping pong. Adjacent you will find the Bachelor Room with tasteful rich wood and leather, complete with a bar and a large tv to watch the game. For sleeping you can choose between one of eight large private Bedrooms:

The Margaret features a custom curved queen bed, full Private Bath and views of the gorgeous pond and swans.
The Francis has a king bed, with a private sitting room, bar, fireplace, and a walk out to the Courtyard. You will also find a luxurious bath with a tub, walk-in shower, double vanities and his and her toilets.
The Swan Suite doubles as a mother-in-law living space complete with a living room, dining room, kitchenette, private king bed and full bath, and a pull out sleeper sofa.
The Grayson has a king bed, sitting area with private full bath.
The Morgan also has a king bed, sitting area with private full bath.
The le' Co-Co features a queen bed with an adjacent full hall bath.
Nearby the gated estate you will find Lake Overholser, with options to go canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, sailing, boating, jogging, or jet skiing! You can also visit the historic dam, and take walking trails straight to downtown or to Lake Hefner. Make sure to check out the local coffee shop/cafe.

It was a very neat property, a full-blown mansion with many interesting rooms and full of art and varying worldly decor. It worked splendidly for our retiree's annual get-together. We enjoyed it very much.

Each fall, six or seven couples, all from different states, meet somewhere and spend a few days together. We’ve been friends for many years and we try to pick a new place each year. We’ve been to New Orleans, Branson, San Antonio, etc. This year we chose OKC. It’s difficult to find a place that can accommodate all of us, but we did. This place was fabulous! Beautiful house filled with wonderful artwork—museum quality things. Spacious bedrooms, large fully stocked kitchen, large common area and a private pool that was much needed because of the high 90’s temperatures. Oscar, the caretaker, is a jewel. He was available to see to our every need. We enjoyed all the sights of OKC and this property was truly wonderful. Oscar was fabulous!

There were quite a few facility issues our group experienced while we were there. While the owner and groundskeeper communicated well and provided good hospitality, there were issues that really made us feel like this wasn't worth the price. The plumbing in the mother-in-law suite clanks very loudly. The outside door in that room and the Greyson suite both opened when locked and deadbolted. The Morgan suite has a water leak in a skylight with the ceiling coming down in one place. The Lew suite had no hot water the entire stay (that guest had to shower across the house), and the main refrigerator - turned to 6 when we arrived - spoiled our food the first night. We turned it up to 10 (max), but it never got cold (just cool), so we had to use another refrigerator. The folks who run the place seem very nice, but these are not quick little fixes - like asking for more towels, etc. We felt like these were major facility issues that should have been addressed before we arrived. The mansion is luxuriously furnished, comfortable, and we liked being able to spread out across the property. But to charge what they charge, we would expect top-notch facilities, and these were not that.
