Great location. About 15 minutes from the airport and quick access to the Freeway. Nice neighborhood with large lots and nice homes. Clean. House is clean and recently updated. New flooring throughout. Downstairs bathroom has been completely redone. Very nice! Firm, comfortable Beds. Beds are firm with a memory foam style mattress topper. Pillows were also comfortable. All bedrooms have queen-sized beds except the upstairs bedroom with the bathroom. Things that could be improved: Hot and Cold water are STILL reversed (read other reviews). Furniture is pretty minimal, which was fine but it It would be nice to have dresser or even just a luggage rack in each room. It would be nice if the upstairs bedroom with the bathroom had a queen sized bed instead of a twin. Its a small room but it could serve as the master bedroom for mom and dad - since it has it's own bathroom. Lastly, my interaction with the management company have been a little more personable. I think they are a large management company so you don't get the personalized response you would get when dealing directly with the owner or a smaller management company. I asked them about the checkout time prior to renting and got canned responses a few times before finally getting a real response to my question. Not sure if the early responses were computer generated - or just lazy employee generated. Finally, would I rent there again? Yes, definitely. This was a great rental for our family of 8

I can't recommend this home to people with younger kids (under 10). The hot and cold are backwards on both showers, the kitchen sink, and the washing machine. This is a safety issue because the water is SCALDING hot. Three people in our party got burned (you think you are turning the water colder but then discover it is getting even hotter because the hot and cold are backwards) - two of them were kids. Scalding can be life-threatening for younger kids, because they don't know to get out of the water when it starts hurting them. Whoever owns this house has made an effort to offer a nice place. They have plenty of nice towels, the kitchen is mostly well-equipped, they have a first aid kit, etc. But there are things like the hot water issue above that must get addressed. As far as the rooms go, it is worth noting that the upstairs bathroom is in one of the two bedrooms and has NO door or curtain. So if someone is in that bathroom, they have no privacy at all from the bedroom. So anytime someone from the other bedroom wants to use that bathroom, the people in that room need to leave. Also worth noting is the upstairs is a bit like a finished attic, in that there are places where the ceiling angles down to just 3 feet or so. In the dark, it is very easy to run into the ceiling/roof. Neither of those two rooms are good for tall people. The eating area has seating for 6, which is nice. The house has no AC, but the windows open (and have screens) so you can cool it down a bit at night. The washer and drier are huge (just make sure you select COLD for hot water and HOT for cold water, unless they fix that issue). The living room furniture is new, and the TV is nice. The doors and floors on the main level are very squeaky, so if you are a light sleeper you will be awakened by any movement. Any amorous activities are likely to be heard elsewhere in the house. There is a TON of space for parking cars (circular drive), and there is a lot of space in the back yard. The yard is grass/weeds, like many of the yards in this part of the country.

The house was great for us 5 adults and 22mo twins! Very clean and plenty of supplies. The rooms were large enough for both pack-n-plays in the same room. Our only disappointment was the backyard. Very large but a field of weeds! The dandelions were as tall as the kids! The play structure is so rusted and moldy. It's unusable and unsafe with one of the legs off the ground. We found a great park to take the kids to instead. Gene Coulon Memorial Park only 2 miles away. If improvements are made to the backyard, we will book again!
