There were existing guests who departed the last week in September. Since then, we've replaced the carpets with tile, installed new air conditioning,, solar panels& batteries (to keep power on during power failures), New 'Cambria' kitchen counters, added new organic cotton linens, new dishes (Fiestaware) silverware and cookware, new furniture, Improved the landscaping and fencing.
