This rental is so charming. It's in a quiet area. The host was on top of all communication. I actually live close by (20 minutes away)... but with daily life and stresses, I decided to take a staycation all alone and just relax. There is a publix, 2 miles up the road. The beach is a short 10 minute walk on a quiet street. I brought a lego set I had, but never could find the time to do. I finished it in 2 days.. Also was able to catch a Falcon Heavy launch from the beach. Basically yes, do not hesitate to rent this property for a quiet qetaway (if you're a party person, this probably isn't for you) If I had to list one con. The TV wires and routers need to be organized better. Was scared to move the TV (which is wall mounted and on a arm), afraid router would fall. But all in all, I love this place and will be back. Our rental unit was clean and fresh and served us well during our short stay of 9 nights. Good location near the beach, Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. Would seek a larger unit if our stay was longer. Rental owner was easy to contact and very accommodating.
