Casina Giusy is a welcoming studio apartment with air conditioning, located on the 1st floor of a building (with lift) in Forte dei Marmi, close to both the city center and the sea. It consists of a spacious and bright living area, furnished with two sofas (one of which is a single sofa bed), a dining table for 4 people, tv, a built-in wardrobe, and a kitchenette (with stove, fridge, oven, toaster and coffee machine). A comfortable wall at eye-level separates the living area from the sleeping area with a French bed. Following is a lovely bathroom with shower and washing machine. Along the entire side of the living room and bedroom there is a balcony overlooking the shared garden. The studio flat boasts a private uncovered parking space inside the condominium parking, closed by an automatic gate. Pets are not allowed. Prices and conditions Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity). Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (130.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival). Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 700.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (200.00€) is also requested at check-in (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
