Great location, friendly and polite security up on arrival, know is job.
The main entrance door need sorted out, (white double doors), bed room AC needs to work on.

I had a great experience renting this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the whole process was smooth and easy. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to others.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t fully satisfied with the water system.The water heater wasn’t working properly, and the water pressure was very poor, which made it difficult to shower comfortably and the pool was very dirty and the water was not clean for swimming which I wanted to so badly.Hopefully, these issues can be fixed for future guests.

The location was very convenient for food and amenities such a pharmacy and supermarket
The pool should be cleaned and have seating etc

Great Greeting. Had pool to ourselves. Was quiet and clean. Bed was very comfortable. There was a fan
Upon arrival had to wait outside gate with taxi driver. Price was outrageously hiked upon arrival as booking.com states payments are in CAD she wanted USD so we decided to in JA currency and ended up paying double the price plus added some random tax. We were rushed out of our room upon leaving and told to wait in lobby with our luggage as cleaner wanted to clean for new guest.
