Location, venue and room were overall, good. Everything looks fresh and new. The staff mostly pleasant and the hotel was quite and not too busy.
We got a room that was prepared for disabled guest (neither of us are disable) and that's absolutely fine, but the bathroom mirror couldn't be set at a "normal" angle without someone holding it (there was a sticky plaster behind to hold the mirror at a normal angle but it was old and not sticky anymore). Also, the bathroom didn't have a lot of counter space, so our toiletry bags couldn't stay in the bathroom.
The breakkast was okay, a bit lackluster but fine.

Lovely hotel. Finished to a great standard. Really helpful and lovely staff.
Could do with having some hooks/somewhere to hang wet towels after a shower.

Great location and cool little hotel! I really think this is the best location in Porto, close to cool Bonfim but not noisy, and easy walking to everywhere else! Nice balcony and the pool was a bonus, though it's really tiny and weird to get to. Staff were wondeful!
The rooms are really small and so it's difficult for two people with two suitcases to have any space to sit apart from the bed. No privacy with the bathroom, which is see-through. Not great value for money.
