The room is spacious, comfortable and clean.
The hotel is at very good location.
Breakfast are not rich enough,
There was a loud drilling noise through all day from next door site.
The lobby wasn't air conditioning.

Location, breakfast, and very helpful staff
Beds weee very hard, the room was small and did not meet expectations for a 5 star hotel.

Elegant hotel with a lot of character in an excellent central location. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a very pleasant atmosphere. Varied and tasty breakfast, plus convenient parking in a nearby underground garage. A great base for exploring Porto on foot.

The receptionist named Raimundo/ Alex was extremely polite, helpful and patient throughout my stay. He offered clear guidance and went out of his way to assist me with my enquiries.
