Very comfortable and clean. Everything that was needed was already there for example dish soap towels and even fun games.

Excessive price and loud upper landing.

The room was lovely, well decorated and in a great location to the station (literally 5 mins walk) and also to another venue we needed to get to (14 mins walk). Loved the extra detail of having toiletries in the bathroom including toothbrushes which was a very nice touch & the bottles of water in the fridge. Felt like a real hotel with those amenities. Also although reviews have said the upstairs neighbours were loud, we didn't hear them and was able to sleep through the night peacefully.

There was only one set of towels (hand towel & bath towel) although the room was booked for two people. The rug was a little dirty could do with a wash and I think a hand towel should be placed in the bathroom for drying hands after washing.
