The room was clean and comfy, with a big bathroom I also enjoyed the nice balcony.

Unfortunately, the host was very difficult to talk to, not always polite and sometimes even ignoring me. I just saw him once when he collected the room fee from me, however, it was possible to text him via WhatsApp. First of all, he told me to close the door to the hotel even tho I hadn‘t been the last person entering and therefore didn‘t leave it open. Maybe he didn’t know that but the way he texted seemed impolite and rude. I asked him if I could book transport through him, he sent me a Vietnamese website and didn‘t reply when I wanted to know if there was an option to translate it. Then I ran out of toilet paper and asked him to please refill it. He ordered me to tell the cleaning lady myself whom I hadn‘t met or seen. I ended up buying the toilet paper in a shop, otherwise I would have had to wipe my ass with my hand… All in all the room was very nice but the host should overthink his choice of occupation or maybe hire a manager…

Väldigt hård säng, som att sova på en planka. Dåligt läge då det var rätt långt ifrån kärnan, men gick ändå att gå dit. Väldigt otrevlig personal, inte hjälpsam alls.

The room was nice and the price cheap. You're not too far from anything. Host was super good in communication.

!!! The door doesn't close properly. It can easily be opened from the outside. This needs to be fixed. We only discovered on the last evening and did not feel safe !!! At first a trash can was missing but was brought by housekeeping. Also the bed is on the harder side if you like that it's fine. The location is a bit hard to find and some grabs didn't pick us up correctly. Also the house floor is a little loud but mostly quiet between 11pm and 8am. Outside of those times there are often people sitting in the house floor and talking or even motorbikes going in/out.

Beautiful apartment.

Owner is nice and easily reachable. Room is value for money.

Bathtub is not fully functional. No drinking water facility. No host available to help you on location. Location is hard to access by cab drivers.
