Step out to the large deck to further immerse in the natural beauty of the lake's landscape and be able to breath in the fresh air only rural areas can offer. Walk down to the backyard surrounded with mature trees offering privacy and plenty of shade for those hot and sunny days. The backyard slopes gently towards the water where you will find the fire pit area with Adirondack chairs to roast marshmallows on those cold nights and enjoy the clear dark skies. There is also a cemented sitting area adjacent to the dock to further relax and relish the views or cast fishing rods and catch a diverse species of fish. The 150 ft wide shoreline is a mix of sand and rock, has a gradual slope and only waist deep at the dock’s edge making it kid friendly and safe. You can park 2 to 3 cars in front of the house plus 2 additional cars in front and at the back of the garage. The property is the first house on the left, please make sure not to block the road access for the other property owners. The boat launch is easily accessible and is less than 5 mins away.
