Booked apartment with plunge pool at Peppers. Had to collect key from key safe in Kingscliffe and was given a hotel room with plunge pool. Rang after hrs number...useless as nothing could be done till following day. Attended office with assistant blaming stayz for the mix up as they issued the correct key. What a load of rubbish as it is their listing. Begrudgingly gave us another apartment at the resort without a plunge pool and they stated they would not charge us the difference... a lie as it was a cheaper room on their own site. Aghast there was never any apology for the mix up which was not our fault. Would not book again through this letting agent. No offer of any refund for the first sub standard night.
