Also, this property is steps away from the intersection at Hillcrest Drive and a short 5-minute walk to the beach parking area which has 2 showers, toilets, a gazebo, benches and a viewing platform. Both the beach and viewing platform are wheelchair accessible. A volleyball court has been constructed at this site as well. Please also enjoy the Soundview Park on North Dogwood Trail which includes a children's playground, picnic tables, charcoal grill, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, park benches, a kayak launching platform and a relaxing sandy beach. You will also be able to visit the Sunset Platform on North Dogwood Trail includes a seating area overlooking a sandy beach, a great spot for sunset viewings! On the first level, there is a Full-size bedroom, Full Hall Bathroom, and a washer and dryer. Step on up to the second level and you will find a King En Suite, a lovely kitchen area with an island, the Living Room, Dining Area, and Half Bathroom. The modern beachy feel of this home will provide complete relaxation for everyone. Continue upstairs to the third level and find a Queen Bedroom, 2 Twin Bedrooms w/ 2 Trundles, and a Jack and Jill Full Bathroom. There is plenty of sleeping space and several options for where to sleep! Enjoy the comfortable and welcoming furniture on the new expansive deck. Grab a book and your favorite beverage while you listen to the tranquility of the Outer Banks. You'll be nestled amongst the trees giving you a complete feeling of relaxation and a sense of privacy.
