Our family stayed here for our wedding weekend. The house was very clean and had more than enough room for everyone. My brother in law had a little trouble figuring out the lock box, but he got there eventually! They had a great stay and communication with the owner was perfect.

I had to come to the area for a work conference with a coworker, and having enough bedrooms and bathrooms was much nicer option than a hotel. The house was very clean and spacious.

Was as advertised. Safe and quiet neighborhood Would have liked chairs for the patio as some days were pleasant enough to sit out. There is no outside grill. The laundry is downstairs if that matters to you. The master bed is very low and very soft so we moved to another bedroom. Garage entrance is old fashioned narrow. We drive a rx360 SUV. All appliances worked but dishwasher not attached to cabinet. Could have used cookie sheets but I do carry my own knives and pans.

We stayed at this property for the weekend to attend a Mizzou football game. It was perfect for all our needs. It's very close to the campus for our son to go back and forth yet far enough away to not be crazy crowded everywhere you go. The house is very accurately described. We would stay here again. Excellent communication with the owner. Top notch.

This home was perfect for our extended family visit to Columbia. Denise is a very thoughtful host - excellent communication from booking to check-out. Home was very clean and in a very quiet but convenient location. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodations in Columbia. Hopefully we can stay again soon.

The home itself is older and smelled a bit musty when we entered. The floors creak alot in the hall which could be an issue with young children sleeping. Overall the house was clean enough although we did see crumbs under the couch and several toys and misc items laying in spots like behind the tv or under a table that were leftover from previous guests I assume. Overall the house was good enough for us which was basically just a place to sleep while we attended events in town. We would probably look at other properties before we chose to stay here again.

Wonderful host- they have it all here, so if you forget toiletries; don’t panic. Super comfortable, clean, and convenient- everything from Walmart to Andy’s pretty close and easy to get to. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The house was in great shape and was super close to the park we were playing softball at. We were able to make breakfast and were also close to all the amenities that columbia has to offer. The host was super responsive and even found my daughter's keys that she left behind. We would strongly recommend this place and would stay there again if we are ever back in the area!!!

We had a great stay at this property. My mother, my son and I drove down from the Chicago suburbs to surprise my daughter for her birthday. The check in process was quick and easy and accessing the key was simple. There was plenty of room in the kitchen for us to cook a birthday dinner and hang out with my daughter and her two roommates. Enough counter space for me to make and decorate a birthday cake. The owners were kind enough to leave us a garage door opener so we could park in the garage. This was so nice when it came to unloading groceries and unpacking and packing up the car. It also made it so much easier to come and go! Everything was clean and the kitchen appliances were brand new. The backyard is huge. We are disappointed that this house is already booked for Parent’s weekend in September!
