Nestled into five private acres covered in meadow and trees and offering easy access to Okemo Mountain as well as all the shops, restaurants, and amenities of Ludlow, just nine miles away, you’ve found paradise here in Mount Holly. Spend summer days hiking and mountain biking in nearby state and national forests, and winter days making tracks in fresh powder at Okemo or Killington Resort less than 30 miles from your door. Spread out over three-levels, this family-friendly home boasts a furnished balcony, deck, and lower-level patio with a private hot tub. Take in views of your wooded property while you sip your morning coffee, dive into a new novel, or soak your cares away in your private hot tub. Inside, you’ll find a cozy cabin-like vibe with wood-paneled ceilings and a gas fireplace to keep everyone toasty warm. Prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together at the table for four - perfect for rainy (or snowy) day board games! After days outdoors, unwind on the sofa while you toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer for a refresh. Stream your favorite shows and movies in the living area; check your email and share photos with the complimentary internet access; or unplug entirely and head back out to the hot tub for a serene evening. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We were offered this place when our original booking got cancelled due to record rainfall & flooding and my family absolutely loved our stay. It’s a great little spot in the woods but close to various small towns to visit. The home was exactly what we needed for our weekend away. We would definitely visit again if given the chance.
