The newly renovated bathroom is loaded with extra towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. An iron and ironing board are available for any additional morning needs. The bed lifts to provide additional storage to make every inch of the space functional and de-cluttered. Washer/Dryer only available to guests staying 30 days or longer. Guest Access: You have exclusive access to the ground-floor studio apartment with no one above or below. This space is located in the back of the home with its own private entrance and keypad access. A camera is placed at the exterior entrance for your security and ours. There is a family who live in the main home, please be respectful of their space and privacy. A short walk down Atlantic Avenue brings you to some of the best breweries, restaurants and coffee shops that Rochester has to offer! Getting Around: Parking is plentiful on the street, and a 5 minute walk can take you to some awesome restaurants/breweries. Lyft and Uber are also very popular and easily accessible!
