The Staff Name Pai Was So Helpful. This Hotel The Food Was So Great I Give (Food) 10/10. The Rooftop Pool Is So Sexy . The Location Is Very Easy To Get Around As The Trains Are Right There And You Are Near To Shopping

I recently stayed at Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The rooms were extremely tiny and felt very cramped. What surprised me the most was that the washroom sink was installed right next to the bed, which made the room layout uncomfortable and impractical.
The shower and toilet area were also extremely small — it was hard to even move around properly inside. For a hotel of this category, I expected much better space planning and comfort.
Another issue was communication. Many staff members struggled to speak or understand basic English, which made simple requests and interactions difficult during the stay.
Overall, the hotel looks modern, but the room design, lack of space, and communication issues made the experience disappointing and not worth the price.
