The location and the breakfast were great.
The hotel isn't well maintained. It's noisy, the rooms are sloppy, there are lights that don't work, the toilet seat was broken, we didn't have hot water for our shower and the rooms weren't tidy. For the price that is charged, we expected much better facilities and services.
Additionally, upon check out, one of the staff members asked me for my phone and tried to fill out this evaluation by herself, giving a rate of 10, without even asking if our stay was pleasant. After this, it is clear why this hotel is so highly rated, and it's not for its quality. It's because the staff asks the guests to do so. This clearly shows that the management doesn't value the customer feedback, leaving no margin to improve or change what's not suitable.
