The house is located inside a private complex, that has police surveillance 24/7, check in was easy, very spacious, had 2 parkings. We always had water services.

The coffee machine was dirty, the fridge didn’t work, the host didn’t offer any groceries, there were no napkins on hand for the kitchen. The place offers a remote to open the parking gate (on a cost), otherwise you need to walk to open the gate yourself before entering. The house does not have A/C and can feel hot sometimes, the shower head was old, needs to be changed.

Loved the fact that we could be comfortable in a house with our own privacy. The washer and dryer were a plus! And the security! If you have kids pool and park are available.

It was cold, no heater. Not too close to the beach like I thought and not too many things around to do in walking distance.
