We love this house! It was very spacious and supper clean. The AC worked amazingly as it was very hot week. Patty was supper accommodating and answered all of my questions right away.

My husband and I enjoyed 4 nights in this lovely home. The moment we walked into the house, we knew that we were going to have a good time. It felt welcoming, and lived in (in a very good way). The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishware/utensils, coffee pot, lots of glassware and plenty of ice. I especially loved all of the windows, mostly the big picture window in the kitchen. The deer! We met more than a few on our morning walks, doe and baby bucks with their antlers barely grown. So adorable! We had a wonderful time going into town, eating at the restaurants there, and the local pizza place and market had delicious food. We spent time in East Hampton, as well as Montauk. Patty is an awesome host. Very responsive, helpful, and kind.

The owner has everything you could need there! The neighborhood is awesome, and it’s very close to East Hampton shopping.
