Die Wohnung ist süß eingerichtet. Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse o.k. und vor allem relativ ruhig. Nach unserer Beschwerde wegen der Sauberkeit der Wohnung, hat der Vermieter noch mal einen Putztrupp geschickt.

Das Haus ist in einem erbärmlichen Zustand. Überall herscht starker Renovierungsstau. Der Eingangsbereich des Hauses ist extrem verdreckt. Im Kühlschrank haben wir alte, verschimmelte Lebensmittel vorgefunden und der Kühlschrank hat extrem gestunken, sodass wir währen unseres Aufenthalts keine Lebensmittel dort hinein getan haben. Die Kaffeemaschine war auch verschimmelt. Im Zahnputzbecher waren die Rückstände des Vorgängers zu bewundern und die Toilette hatte noch die Urinflecken des Vorgängers an der Klobrille. Insgesamt kann man sagen, dass die ganze Wohnung nicht geputz worden ist. Als wir ankamen haben wir dann erstmal Reinigungsmittel gekauft und die Wohnung geputzt (das ist eine Schande). Darüber hinaus wäre es schön gewesen ein paar Zeilen vom Vermieter vorzufinden auf denen z.B. erklärt wird wo das Password für das W-Lan zu finden ist, wie der Fernseher funktioniert, wo man den Müll entsorgen kann, wie man die Heizun so einstellt, dass man nachts nicht erfriert etc. Das Gesamtbild ist mehr als ungenügend und hat mit den Bildern im Internet nicht wirklich viel gemeinsam. Wir können sie daher überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen. Das ist sehr Schade, weil wir in Zukunft öfter nacht Brighton müssen und uns wegen der Möglichkeit ein Haustier mitzubringen diese Wohnung ausgesucht haben. Allerdings wollen wir dort kein zweites mal übernachten.

The flat layout was lovely. It was nice to have a garden.

The property was filthy. I felt uncomfortable even sitting in the sofa. The garden was a mess, no spend or refurbishment has been fine in a long time on this heavily rented out flat. The communal areas were a disgrace. Absolutely the dirtiest property I have ever stayed in.

Lovely flat, great space and a lovely enclosed garden for the dog which is so hard to find. Thoughtfully done and lovely welcoming touches. Made for a very easy 2 night relaxing break. Beautifully clean and plenty of space. Hope to come back soon.

a table without bars across the bottom - my mother has limited mobility and this made it difficult to sit at the table. some guidance on how to use the coffee machine would've been helpful, and how to get the TV to work, for someone not v tech savvy, or DVD's to watch. Radio didn't work.

Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and so peaceful! Just a short stroll to the dog-friendly beach. All amenities on the doorstep and with great choice of restaurants. I loved it so much, I extended my stay!

the space was perfect for us. I had to come down for a work event and decided to make a week of it as I grew up locally but we had a great time with the dogs too. all the space we needed and perfect amenities. not to mention great walking distance to everything!
