The location is good, although it is a little awkward to reach the MRT stations. The rooms are well designed and a decent size, comfortable bed and reasonable bathroom.
The breakfast buffet could be better, the food storage heaters were turned off one day.... A better TV channel package could be an advantage.

staff were very welcoming, room was spacious enough for 2 people, cleaned well
i wish they provided hand towels but not a big issue. the hot water seemed to go away quite quickly, about after 5 mins it the water felt cold.

Yes, it is clean, the staff is professional, breakfast ok and free coffee and pastry all the time. But
Our room was on the 7th floor and the smell coming from the toilet was horrendous, especially when we would wake up. Not to mention, the toilet sounds from our neighbour.
Getting there is quite a challenge, especially if you have luggage: even with the free mini area they offer, there are still plenty of upwards stairs to get to the public transport stations.
