all was very good the room the kitchen appliances overall very good value the responsive staff

Convenient location for access to James Cook hospital. Very useful to be able to checkout at 12pm.

No hot water in the morning. Traffic noise from early in the morning.

the area location okay and beds comfortable, all facilities there to use apart from no toilet tissue, easy access on arrival with keys to gain entry and to return.

private toilet, shower separate out the room, wasn’t too keen on as if needed go privately without ppl coming out to see by accident

Picture on Google maps show the house next door , a bit confusing . No hot water on 2nd morning due to a known boiler fault. Car was vandalised on the drive overnight, rear wiper arm broken off

Firstly, "The Village" is not a street, it's a row of houses on the very busy A172. I had room "A" which faced the road. Good glazing kept much of the noise out, and it was quiet at night. There was always parking available on "The Grove", just around the corner. The interior walls are not that thick and you can hear sounds from other rooms. The room was medium sized. There were plenty of drawers but no place to store a suitcase. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very small, although it was adequate. The shared kitchen had just about everything you could need. Toaster was very small. I got a Warburtons giant crumpet stuck in it, and good luck trying to toast a large slice of bread!

Can be lots of traffic noise during the day.
