great stay

The house was great just as pictured. Although it does not come stocked with much of anything you will need to supply all your own odds and ends. We also got a little warm on the main floor a few nights we had the ac bumped down but it was not cooling the house down for some reason. Close proximity to the beach but if you are looking to walk not ideal as you would have to cross a large four lane highway. Parking at public access beach was a nightmare. Overall it was a nice and clean house and they even have lots of beach supplies for use in the garage. The hosts are quick to respond and helpful.

Overall, it was very good. A few minor things: --Not enough towels/kitchen linens. --Toilet paper holder off the wall. --The pool we were told we could swim in (a block away) was not available to us and we were told to leave. --Ice machine in fridge could not keep up. We had to buy ice every day.

The house is wonderful! Very spacious. We stayed with another family for a total of 11 people and had plenty of room. Great laundry facilities and a garage with extra beach chairs, some boogie boards, toys, etc. Great out door balconies and porches. They had a nice grill to use. The only drawback is that the home is north of highway 98 so you have to cross a four lane busy highway if you want to walk to the beach.

We had 4 families stay in the house and it worked out Perfect. Awesome house :) Highly recommend !

The home is amazing. Looks brand new. The listing said it was a 3 bedroom 3 bath that sleeps 14. The listing is not right. There are 4 bedrooms. The basement level has 2 bedrooms with a covered patio attached to both. This was really nice. A couple of the teenagers slept out there one night because the breeze was so nice. One of the rooms had 2 sets of bunk beds. The other had a king or queen sized bed. The floor had a nice bathroom and laundry room. The main level had one bedroom, and a bath. The kitchen and bathrooms were very modern and looked new. We had a problem with the refrigerator and one of the showers not draining. Allie was on it immediately and had someone out to fix both the same day. The living room is large and the sectional is comfy. There is another covered porch with a table for eating as well as an uncovered area with a gas grill. The top level held a massive master suite with a plush king sized bed and very modern bathroom. There was a small uncovered sitting area outside off the suite. There is another side to the master suite that had a twin trundle bed. I’d planned on this being my room, but due to the layout I had to give it to a group of teenagers so we’d have enough beds for everyone. That was a bummer. We used a code to get in and out of the door. The beach is less than a 5 min drive or a 10 min walk. Con-Neighborhood is small and we played musical cars to get in and out of the driveway. No street parking and this is enforced.
