We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. It is a small cottage - one bedroom, combined living room/kitchen area and one bathroom but it had all the essentials for a quick girls weekend. A little cramped with two adults and two kids, but it was expected and met our expectations. Everything was clean, location to the beach was great and the two complimentary beach tags were a nice touch. Owner was responsive and helpful.

It was the first time I brought my 2 fur babies with me and you were so accommodating to let them be with me. I have never had such a relaxing time than I did at your beach house. My niece has never seen the ocean and she had a blast, she loved your home so much that she cried when we left! You are beyond a super host and we hope to see you next year! Had a wonderful stay with my two daughters, ages 7 and 4. The location was ideal....just steps to the boardwalk and beach. It was so nice to have a parking spot as well. Would definitely book again!

Listing states 1 bedroom 2 bathroom. However, it’s 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Property is a bit outdated, but quaint, and charming. Location was one block from the beach and the boardwalk. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe.

You’re not going to find a better location for the price. Very cute beach cottage just steps away from the boardwalk. Owner is very kind. Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, rides, many restaurants and ice cream shop. We were 2 adults, a toddler and a baby. It was perfect for us. Love that it has washer/dryer. Professionally cleaned (we saw the cleaning crew coming). Are the cabinets a bit dated and floors a bit warped? Yes but that’s not unusual at a shore house and it certainly didn’t affect our stay. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Worst travel experience of my life! In the days leading up to our stay the host messaged me offering discounted nights saying that there just so happened to be a cancellation both before & after our stay but we didn't bite at her off kilter offers. I knew that the rental was small but what the photos don't show is how dated the property is. The overall condition is okay but not nice. The floors in the bathroom are incredibly warped, from outside it looks like it's about to collapse. The whole place is a bit run down and dingy. I had to wash the sheets and one blanket for the alleged sleeps 4. Flash forward to checkout I received a message from Margarita at 11:11 reminding us that checkout was at 11 because she was now claiming that she had someone checking in that day. It was my mistake, I thought it was later so promptly ran back to move my car and was gone by 11:25. That's when the messages started coming through the app alleging that we broke a railing. At first I just thought, nah that must be a misunderstandig. I had seen a few of the spokes loose, but as I say this place was so run down, all we used the railing for was for our towels so it never crossed my mind that it was anything to take note of. But after that messages saying that we were late for checkout came through and that she KNEW that someone else had been staying with us. WHAT?? Yes that's when I knew that we were getting scammed. Take my wrd for it and just find another place to stay not worth the risk
