Westward facing, this condo looks over the boat docks in Crandalls Bay - a 6-acre body of water connected to the Wisconsin River. Steph's place is perfect for a quick getaway as a couple or bring the kids. You can easily walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars located in the downtown area of the Wisconsin Dells. Enjoy our indoor pool and hot tub year-round or the outdoor pool seasonally. Steph's Waterfront Retreat is a mere 1/2 mile walk to the downtown area of Wisconsin Dells. While it is on a quiet bay off the river it is near to all the great daytime and night hot spots that the Dells has to offer. You have a boat slip available if you bring your watercraft. You can swim in our pools during rain, snow or sunshine. Sitting on Steph's porch enjoying a beverage and the sunset is just the kind of relaxation you've been looking for. Two-bedroom units have a max capacity of 6 guests. One-bedroom units have a max capacity of 4 guests. 2. There is No Smoking allowed in units for safety reasons. 3. There are No Pets allowed on premises. 4. Pool hours are 9 a.m.- 8 p.m. There is no lifeguard on duty so all children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. 5. Quiet time is from 10 p.m.-9 a.m. Quiet time includes: no laundry machines or dishwasher being used; no whirlpools being used; no vacuuming; and no loud music. No washing machine and dishwasher is to be used unattended, because of possible flooding. 6. No guest is allowed to use the fitness center due to insurance reasons. 7. Parking at Sunset Cove is limited to one car per unit. No campers, trailers, motor homes or boats are permitted on property. 8. Recycling is enforced in this municipality. Trash and recycle items have their own dumpsters. 9. There should be no hanging of anything including garments, towels, etc. on the outside railings. No attachment of anything to the outside patio/balcony ceiling. 10. If a renter is using the Sunset Cove boat slip you will need to receive a copy of their boat insurance before they use our dock. Also, boaters should not drag their coolers down any stairs 11. Vehicles must be moved to the street by 8:00 AM if there was more than 2" of snow overnight.

Literally booked this trip 24hrs before my stay and the process was seamless and smooth. This was my first time booking with Vbro so I was nervous, but Chris timely response despite the holidays put me at ease. The place was clean and cozy and I did not have any issues finding anything. I would rate this trip a 10 out of 10 :)

Great location and very quiet. My husband and I weren't in the Condo a lot and I wish we could have utilized the kitchen and jacuzzi more. I was able to test the Jacuzzi out in the morning but it quickly runs out of hot water before it fills up. Chris was very courteous and made sure to message us before, during and after our stay. If we were to take another trip to the Dells without our kids, we would definitely rebook.

Sorry we checked out late. We thought checkout was 11 a.m.. We could easily have been out by 10 a.m. but took our time. We left at 10:45. I don't recall seeing a reminder in your condo as to the checkout time and I did not have all my paperwork with us.

What a comfortable, relaxing stay! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was clean, quiet, nicely appointed, and centrally located to downtown. We can’t wait to return again next year!

My Husband and I selected this place as a quick escape for our honeymoon. The location was perfectly close to all the Wisconsin Dells attractions but not in town with all the traffic and noise. The small, private lake is a beautiful scenery to wake up to and the stay was absolutely lovely. Thank you!

The condo was very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. Very close to shopping and food/bars. Beautiful spot on the river with a great walking path up to the river walk bar and grill. Would happily stay again.

I have been visiting the dells multiple times a year since I was a baby, but can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience. It was nice to get away from the resort life and experience the Dells for the true beauty it really is. The condo was immaculate and a very nice place to relax after a long day of exploring all the Dells had to offer. We enjoyed a wonderful sunset over the river right from the patio. We’ve already begun discussing our trip back!
