The kitchen was well equipped with a keutig coffee and microwave. Having laundry in the apartment was a plus. We had some questions about the AC and TV reception but maintenance was available to help.

I really wanted to like this place because it looks so cute online, and the location is awesome! But... it just wasn't very clean. It also had a weird stuffy smell to it that I could never get used to. On top of that, there were only 2 towels and 1 extra toilet paper. There were items left in the shower from the previous renters, which were very gross, so I know the shower wasn't cleaned. The renovation looked nice, but the whole place needs a deep clean. However, the silver lining is that the owners were very nice and responsive via the app. Back story: this wasn't the original unit I was assigned. The owner sent me one unit number that had really not been cleaned by the cleaning staff... as in there were dishes laid out on the sink and used sheets balled up on top of the washer-- looked like someone had just checked out. I contacted the owner and he quickly put me in another unit. He was very apologetic and nice about it. So I appreciated their timeliness and flexibility, as I could not have stayed in the original unit I was assigned. I feel bad writing this, but I just had to say something.

Im still here.. i love it and the staff.. I am trying to secure a yearly rental... I would be a living bilboard for a 5 star review year round!

Was lovely. Would come back again. Property should consider beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for those who travel by air. Renovation are very well done.
