Cozy bedroom with lots of space. Good location just 10 min walk to the centre of Lixouri and only 10min away from the famous Xi beach. Also, very nice welcome from the staff with welcoming gifts and food!

The quality of the kitchen and bathroom was not OK. Obvious signs of mould and significant rust on water taps which had been painted over. The toilet was in a very bad shape, was smelling terrible all the time and the level of hygiene could be vastly improved in general. The shower was not so clean with visible hair from previous owners.

Lack of air condition

Not far away from city centre and big enough.

There was only a fan and we had 30 degrees celcius in the night. You can open both windows in the sleeping room, but it was very hot! This appartment needs an air conditioner!

Excellent! The apartment is comfortable with two balconies seven minutes walk from the center of Lixouri, but in a quiet area. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay, a large bedroom with a comfortable bed. Kleio's daughter and her husband are kind and available for any needs and extremely discreet. They welcomed me with a typical dish of Greek cuisine, and in the kitchen I found everything for breakfast, fresh drinks in the fridge and vegetables from the garden. They also lend me a beach umbrella! I felt like to stay home!

Very kind staff. Gave us a little gift, water and some bread. Clean as well.

No AC what was a big minus. Just a fan- not sufficient. So keep that in mind.
