I travelled for London Fashion Week as I must say I LOVEDDDDD my stay there. I stayed in total X4 nights and it was the best decision ever. The host was super nice kind and so welcoming always helped me with anything and everything! I’m 100% going to be rebooking and maybe even for a month!

Nothing apart from maybe just the towels if they were bigger nothing else.

Excellent location. It was a care home and that doesnt bother me. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Used my laptop for TV which I often do anyway..

WiFi would have been a blessing, it was the only thing I missed, using phone as a hotspot not brilliant

Issue with windows and noise made by other guests staying at the property.

Nothing. No breakfast included. Had to use a separate room for showering. The hotel clearly used to be a residential home but was not updated accordingly for a bed and breakfast. The shower room was a wet room, which was okay. However the sink was dirty and the water from the shower wouldht go down the plughole quick enough and ended up going under the door and wetting the carpet in the corridor. I have pictures to back this up. Luckily, the bed duvet was clean. Not coat hangers in wardrobe. Was not sure if I was staying in a hostel of sorts. If it was advertised as such that would have been okay, but it was not. It was truly awful place to stay, glad it was only one night. Felt like somewhere out of a horror movie. Perhaps it could be used as a horror weekend venue?

Calm and quiet atmosphere and very clean

Easy to check in and out.

1. The room next to the entrance door everyone shut the door and speak with each other at 2am so we can't sleep. 2. No heating. ( Texted to the contact but he text back to how we can fix but that not worked and when I texted to him again he doesn't really care) We both got cold. Thanks 3. The bed was awful when we moved on the mattress the bed made some noise. I just need back my money because I'm sick after stay 2 night there.
